on waking;
8 ounces of ice water with lemon

Breakfast:
1 apple with 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
16-ounce Crystal Light Green Tea

Snack:
7 crackers hummus 1 / 2 c. Soup

Lunch:
orange / yellow peppers, and hummus with baby carrots 1 1 / 2 tablespoons
1 peach

Snack:
Handful of raisins or cranberries or Y
Handful of walnuts or pecans, walnuts or almonds

Dinner:
1 Boca burger, cooked in less than 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1 / 2 cos C
red / orange / yellow peppers
* * Perhaps home guacamole

(Dessert) twice a week:
1 sugar free Popsicle

I only drink water and crystal light tea (especially green, but maybe a few you lemonadelya something). I'll also be a multivitamin and vitamin B in the morning and a fiber supplement (12, I am a vegetarian, so I need the vitamins).
