How does one treat a bone bruise on the lower part of the shin besides rest, ice and raising the leg.? - treating bone spurs
My wife had a dog cage, 18 cm of soil in the tibia at the base. It has now been diagnosed with a bone bruise. Does anyone have any ideas for help and more ice, elevate the leg above the heart and the rest. All proposals would be as drugs against pain, alternative medicine and / or regular medical useful ideas, etc. .. to heal, my wife sooner rather than later.
