Sliding Door Child Lock How (and What) To Install On Sliding Glass Door For Child-proofing?

How (and what) to install on sliding glass door for child-proofing? - sliding door child lock

My almost 2 years old twins, two years have always fun when you open the sliding glass door and walk outside. Everything we have is a lock that is easily unlocked. I was looking to try and find a way - like a bar or a block or so - to prevent this. But I do not know what to use, because the way our films - out there. I think I installed backwards. The display is inside and pushed the door to the outside. The screen is held in the window, and finally, the sliding window. I do not think a bar can work out how the door. Suggestions, what might work? I looked at some websites of hardware, but can not find something that might work.

Thank you very much!

Yes - I would say that the door is before it is removed - or you can use a power bar - like a shower curtain rod up on the way to prevent the opening, but simply by an adult to use if necessary, removed. The only suggestion I can think of your situation, it is a door sign on the door with an eye to be drawn on the frame, install, but it was on how close part of the screen depends on the area of the eye does not track required. They are also a few screws, screw very thin, which could put at the top of the door and drill a hole covered by the bolt. Good luck!

Is drilling through the two doors in the closed position by drilling at an angle of 10 degrees is best to use a 1 / 4 inch drill bit, make sure that they doorframe in the middle.
Add 1 / 4 inch bolt through the two frameworks, problem solved
